SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A former San Diego police officer guilty of sexual assaulting women he pulled over, wants to delay his sentencing Friday.

Anthony Arevalos' sentencing date was set last month for December 19th, but his lawyers want to move it until after the first of the year.

The 41-year-old was found guilty on eight felony counts involving five women who say he pulled them over on suspicion of DUI and offered to let them go in exchange for sexual favors.
