Fundraiser for Surfing Madonna Oceans Project Foundation

ENCINITAS (CBS 8) - The Surfing Madonna mosaic may soon get a new permanent home.

The artwork caused quite a stir when it mysteriously appeared on a railroad underpass in Encinitas before being removed weeks later.
