Southbound SR-125 at I-8 in La Mesa reopened following crash investigation

LA MESA (CBS 8) - The California Highway Patrol Wednesday reopened the southbound lanes on state Route 125 at Interstate 8 in La Mesa after an investigation into a fatal crash over the weekend.

LA MESA (CBS 8) - All southbound lanes of State Route 125 at Interstate 8 will be closed Wednesday morning, as the California Highway Patrol investigates a deadly DUI crash.

A Lemon Grove man is vacing vehicular manslaughter charges, for allegedly driving drunk and causing Friday's crash that killed 73-year-old Celia Torres and 16-year-old David Gonzalez.

All Southbound lanes of SR-125 at I-8 will be closed Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon.
