Escondido police search for Christmas day rapist

ESCONDIDO (CBS 8) – A CrimeFighters alert is being issued as Escondido police are looking for a Christmas day rapist Friday.

The victim says she was attacked in Jesmond Dene Park around 6:30 a.m., Christmas morning.

The suspect is described as a light skinned man in his 20's, possibly Hispanic with short black hair.

Anyone with information should call the anonymous tip line at 760-743-8477.
