Sheriff's deputies rushed to a residence near Montemar Drive and Ivy Street about 1 a.m. Sunday on a report of one man stabbing another, sheriff's Detective Jacob Klepach said.
Three people with various slash wounds were found, and the victims and witnesses told detectives that a man identified as Nicholas Millican had used the stem of a wine glass to stab all three victims, Klepach said.
All three victims, whose names were not released, were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
Millican was in custody at the San Diego Central Jail Sunday on a $30,000 bail for suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the El Cajon courthouse, according to jail records.
