SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A 24-year-old man has reportedly joined a list of women, who claim they were sexually assaulted by former San Diego police officer, Anthony Arevalos.
According to the UT, the man filed a claim against the city Monday.
The alleged victim says Arevalos groped him last September during a traffic stop. The man says another officer arrived, and arrested him on suspicion of DUI.
Arevalos was found guilty of eight felonies, related to five female victims.
He faces ten years behind bars, when he's sentenced next month.
