The Hispanic male, who's believed to be between 15 and 18 years of age, was found at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of C Street. He was taken to the UCSD Trauma Center, where he's still in critical condition Monday.

He was found wearing grey sweatpants, a multi-colored shirt and was believed to have been riding a silver skateboard. Officers also found him with a small dog, described as a two-year-old female red chow.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Chula Vista police at (619) 691-5151.
