14-year-old hero saves surfer's life in Encinitas

ENCINITAS (CBS 8) - Some people live their whole lives without being called upon to save a person's life. But that wasn't the case for a 14-year-old Encinitas boy.

Last Saturday at Pipes, a popular North County surf spot, Logan Foster spotted an unconscious surfer in the water and says adrenaline just took over.
