New carpool lanes making I-15 commute an easier ride

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - People who commute on Interstate 15 are enjoying an easier ride these days, thanks to newly opened express lanes.

The lanes stretch from Highway 78 in Escondido to SR-163 in Mira Mesa, and commuters say they make a big difference.
