SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - For hundreds of children, it was the Christmas gift that never came.

In this Consumer Alert video report, Jeff Zevely looked into a company called Stompeez Slippers, and found out his family wasn't the only one that got walked all over and disappointed for the holidays.
