SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) – There is an update Saturday on a story News 8 brought you earlier in the week about a sea lion that was rescued after being shot.

Seaworld performed surgery to remove the bullet from the sea lion's flipper and now she is on the road to recovery.

News 8's Doug Kolk files this video report from Seaworld with the latest on her condition.
