Man fatally shot while playing with pistol in Bay Ho

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 27-year-old man was fatally shot as he and two friends in Bay Ho played with a pistol, San Diego police said Sunday.

The death in the 2600 block of Wyandotte Avenue occurred about 11:25 p.m. Saturday, San Diego police said.

It was unclear who was holding the gun when it discharged. The name of the man fatally shot man was being withheld until his next of kin could be notified, police said.
