SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 22-year-old woman found drunk, unconscious and partially nude in a Pacific Beach alley early Friday may have been sexually assaulted, police said.
The woman was found in the south alley of the 900 block of Garnet Avenue around 1:20 a.m., according to San Diego police Officer David Stafford.
Witnesses told investigators they saw a man standing near a silver pickup taking photos of the woman, Stafford said.
The man then got into the pickup with another occupant and drove away, he said.
The woman was taken to a local trauma center to be treated. No other details were immediately released.
