SANTEE (CBS 8) - A Santee man is recovering after a very scary accident in his own backyard Thursday night.
The man fell off a wall and onto a metal rod, impaling himself. He was conscious and alert as he was wheeled into the emergency room. First responders had to first cut the rod to free him.
