SAN DIEGO (CNS) - EarthFair, the annual showcase of environmental organizations and green technologies, is scheduled for Sunday throughout Balboa Park.
The event, in its 23rd year, will include 350 exhibitors, a children's parade, displays of green technology for the home, a concourse of "cleaner" cars and a vegetarian food pavilion, according to the organizers.
The event generally draws over 60,000 people, and parking is expected to fill by 10:30 a.m. Organizers suggest attendees use public transportation or take shuttles from parking lots at San Diego City College -- a couple blocks to the south on Park Boulevard -- or the County Administration Building at 1600 Pacific Highway.
