SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - We're used to seeing the Cardiff Kook dressed up for all sorts of occasions, but on Thursday the popular statue took on a solemn look.
Fans draped a Chargers flag below the statue, along with a "Rest In Peace" sign. Fans are finding any way they can to pay their respects to the former Chargers star.
