SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Thousands of people spent their Saturday helping to support animals in need of a good home.
The Humane Society held its 18th annual Walk for Animals in Crown Point.
Participants enjoyed a free pancake breakfast and a number of doggie activities and contests.
"The San Diego Humane Society relies on fundraisers like these to support our causes and our community programs," SD Humane Society PR Coordinator, Kelli Herwehe said.
