SAN DIEGO (AP) - The San Diego Chargers have released outside linebacker Travis LaBoy.
LaBoy joined the Chargers in 2011 as an unrestricted free agent. He started 14 games and had 47 tackles and one sack.
The
Chargers added depth at the position when they took Melvin Ingram of
South Carolina with the 18th overall pick in the draft and signed free
agent Jarret Johnson from Baltimore.
The Chargers also still have
Antwan Barnes, who had a team-high 11 sacks last year, and Larry
English, who hasn't lived up to his billing as the first-round draft
pick in 2009.
