SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A parolee was in court Thursday after police say he ransacked a Chula Vista home while a 13-year-old girl was home alone.
They say the girl watched as 52-year-old Maurice Faulkner broke in through a window. She then ran and hid under her bed.
