CITY HEIGHTS (CNS/CBS 8) - San Diego police Saturday investigated the stabbing death outside a Colina del Sol apartment complex.
Residents of the complex in the 4000 block of 49th Street, near Polk Avenue, heard screaming about 9:30 p.m. Friday and found the victim in a driveway, according to San Diego police Lt. Kevin Rooney of the Homicide Unit.
Police arrested a murder suspect about half a block away from where the stabbing occurred late Friday night.
Paramedics were unable to save him, and he was declared dead at the scene at 9:50 p.m. The man's name was being withheld early Saturday.
