SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The family of an up and coming local pro skateboarder killed in a car crash in Mexico is desperate to get his body back across the border.
It will cost thousands to bring Shane Hidalgo home so he can be laid to rest, and the community is trying to step up with that financial burden.
