SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - He spent five years behind bars for a crime he didn't commit. Now a once highly touted high school athlete is thanking the people who cleared his name.

A judge overturned the rape conviction that derailed Brian Banks' promising football career.

In this Your Stories report, Jeff Zevely has more on how students at California Western School of Law helped exonerate an innocent man.
