SPRING VALLEY (CNS) - A woman was taken to a hospital early Monday with non-life-threatening wounds sustained during a pit bull attack in a Spring Valley residence, a sheriff's officials said.
The woman was visiting someone in the 2300 block of Highview Lane, near Helix Street, about 1:45 a.m. when she was bitten on her arms and legs, according to sheriff's Lt. Paul Robbins.
Robbins said animal control officers took custody of the dog.
