SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A driver who may have had a seizure caused a multi-vehicle pileup in Mission Valley late Monday afternoon.
It happened near the Interstate 805 and 8 merge near the Texas Street offramp.
The accident may have involved as many as seven vehicles.
At least three people wer taken to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions were not known.
