Police continue search for woman missing for a week

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego police sought the public's help Wednesday in finding a 57-year-old woman who has been missing for a week.

Beverly Simmons was last seen in the area of 2400 Fairmount Ave. last Wednesday, according to a San Diego police bulletin.

Police described Simmons as black, 5 feet tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She drives a blue 2009 Subaru Forester, California license plate No. 6EVT885, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts was asked to call police at (619) 531-2000 or (619) 531-2277.
