
SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 50-year-old bicycle rider struck by a a hit-and-run driver in a white Hyundai in Point Loma Heights suffered a concussion and an open leg fracture, police said Saturday.
The rider was pedaling north in the 3500 block of Nimitz Boulevard when he was struck about 11:35 p.m. Friday, said San Diego police Sgt. David Jennings.
The driver remained at large early Saturday.
