SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - On Wednesday, America is having a birthday party and we are all invited, no gifts necessary. What do you get for the country that gives everything away? In case you're wondering, America is turning 236 and still looking hot. After all, if they say that 60 is the new 40, then 236 must be the new 180.
