
Ingredients:
2 tbsp canola oil
4 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
In a sauce pan lightly sauté onions and garlic in oil until translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a slow simmer for 10 minutes. At this point taste, and if you want to make some adjustments now is the time.
