SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The parents of the last soldier critically injured in Iraq tells News 8 their son has died.
Born in San Diego, Army Specialist Carl Hall III was injured seven months ago, just three days before he was set to return home, and just a month before the U.S. troop withdrawal from Iraq.
