Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2 bananas, mashed
1 1/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose baking flour (Chestnut or Almond Flour also works)
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine peanut butter, sugar and flour
3. Mash bananas
4. Mix in vanilla, bananas and chocolate chips
5. Roll dough into 1-inch spheres and flatten slightly
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
