
Ingredients
1 large bundle of kale (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Trim the kale off the stem and rinse in cold water.
3. Dry off kale by wrapping in a towel. Coarsely chop.
4. Put the olive oil in a bowl and toss in the kale so it is well coated.
5. Place the kale on two baking sheets. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
6. Bake 8-12 minutes, or until the leaves are crisp.
