Gluten-free, vegan ice cream

Ingredients
4 bananas, frozen
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Directions

1. Cut bananas into ½ inch cubes and freeze for a couple hours. If you already have frozen bananas, those work as well.

2. Place bananas in blender. Keep scraping away from the sides until they are a smooth consistency.

3. Add peanut butter and cocoa powder. Blend until creamy and has the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
