Air Bud’s rise to fame

Buddy, the golden retriever known as Air Bud was popularized by 12 motion pictures. Now everyone can learn more about San Diego's own favorite four-legged star.

Air Bud's trainer, who lives in Pacific Beach, wrote a book called "Go Buddy -- The Air Bud Story" that debuted on Amazon Sunday in hopes of making a big splash in the publishing world.
