SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - It may be the purest water in the city, but nobody can drink it. It's being filtered constantly, but nobody can taste it.

The water purification demonstration project has been up and running for more than a year now.

In this News 8 video story, Larry Himmel takes us inside the pilot project that's aimed at turning wastewater into tap.
