World's tallest therapy dog visits San Diego patients

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - You've probably heard the saying "Dogs are a man's best friend." On Tuesday, we found a big reason why.

Tuesday morning, the world's tallest therapy dog made a special visit to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.

Bentley stands over four feet tall when on all fours, and when he's standing on two feet he's taller than most people.
