SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Each Friday on News 8, our "Pet Friends" segment features a deserving animal looking for a home. We always hope for a happy ending, but it just didn't look like it was going to happen for a dog named Bolt.

Then, after more than a year at the Humane Society, Bolt's fortune changed.
