SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The San Diego Unified School District has set up a centralized location to help people who are applying for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
That's President Obama's program aimed at helping young illegal immigrants avoid deportation.
The district opened an office at the Ballard Parent Center in Old Town. Current and former students of the district can ask for the school documents that are needed to apply for the program.
