SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A local two-year-old boy named Caleb helped inspire a new California law that will affect every baby born in California. It involves a $3 test that could save your baby's life.

Governor Jerry Brown signed the new law over the weekend, and on Monday Caleb enjoyed a big party in Balboa Park with those who helped make it happen.
