2 injured in suspected DUI crash

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Two people are in the hospital and one is in jail after a head on crash early Wednesday morning.

The crash happened around 2:00 a.m. in the 1400 block of Kelton Road in Emerald Hills.

The driver of this black car was swerving down the road when she collided with a car coming in the opposite direction.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver is suspected of being under the influence and driving with a suspended license. The owner of the car, who was celebrating her birthday, was also arrested for public intoxication.
