SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Former U.S. Open champ Geoff Ogilvy teed up for a good cause at Morgan Run Golf Course Monday.
Ogilvy played in the inaugural "Freedom to Live" Golf Tournament. The event raises money to help people with spinal cord injuries live independently by providing low-cost housing and transportation.
The organization also provides training for paraplegics and quadriplegics on how to manage everyday tasks.
About 100 people played in Monday's tournament.
