VA cuts money for veteran service dogs

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The Department of Veterans Affairs says it will no longer pay for service dogs assigned to people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorders.

But a local trainer is working hard to keep the program going through private donations.
