LEMON GROVE (CBS 8) - Dozens of businesses throughout the county have been slapped with disability access lawsuits.

More than 50 suits have been filed by the same man and the same attorney over the last year and a half. But is it an attempt to provide easier access to disabled San Diegans, or a scam to make money?
