Jekyll and Hyde coming to San Diego Civic Theatre

The all-new production of "Jekyll & Hyde" will launch its national tour at the San Diego Civic Theatre this week.

The musical, starring Tony Award nominee and American Idol finalist Constantine Maroulis opens on Tuesday night.

Maroulis will star in the title dual role of Doctor Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde, alongside Grammy Award nominee and R&B superstar Deborah Cox as Lucy.

The musical tells the story of a London doctor who accidentally unleashes his evil alternate personality in his quest to cure his father's mental illness.
