Villaraigosa endorses Filner for mayor

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was in San Diego Saturday to campaign for Mayoral candidate Bob Filner.

Villaraigosa endorsed Filner earlier this week.

Saturday, the two discussed transportation and infrastructure development during a trolley ride to Old Town.

Villaraigosa hosted a fundraiser for the congressman Friday night with the members of San Diego's La Raza Lawyers Association.
