SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The family of a man gunned down in the middle of an East County neighborhood is breaking their silence.

Thirty-three-year-old Josue Rodriguez was shot in the back of the head last week and died earlier Tuesday morning.

In this video report, News 8's Angelique Lizarde spoke with the family shortly after about their difficult decision to take the loving family man off life support.
