Fight for Chris Owen's Sight

DEL MAR (CBS 8) - A Del Mar native and Torrey Pines High School alum needs the community's help with unpaid medical bills.

On October 1, 45-year-old Chris Owen was accidentally run over by another surfer in the water, causing severe eye trauma.
