Stacked eatery donating portion of profits to Ali Perez

SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - A two-day fundraiser is underway for sheriff's detective Ali Perez.

Stacked will donate 20 percent of its profits to Perez's treatement.

He was wounded in a shootout with a suspected child molester last month and remains in the hospital.

Stacked is located on the north side of Fashion Valley Mall.
