SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The News 8 CrimeFighters are helping authorities in a countywide manhunt.
Joshua William Thulin, 35, is wanted for violating parole. His criminal history includes multiple burglaries, domestic violence, weapons-related offenses and multiple narcotics-related charges.
Thulin is 6 feet tall, weighs 185 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He's known to hang out in Spring Valley and at local casinos.
