Man's body found inside car in Bay Terraces

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A man's body was found in a bullet-ridden car outside an apartment complex in the Bay Terraces neighborhood Sunday, it was reported.

Police say they received a call reporting a man's body in a car that had bullet holes and its windows shot out.

Homicide detectives were called to the 300 block of South Meadowbrook Dr. near Brookhaven Road about 8:10 a.m. to investigate, according to San Diego police Officer Dan Lasher. They remained on scene as of about 10:20 a.m.
