SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - Governor Brown was in San Diego Monday morning making one final push for support of raising taxes in California.
If passed, Prop 30 would raise California's sales tax. It would also raise taxes for people earning more than $250,000 a year.
Supporters say the tax hikes will help California schools.
Opponents say that's not true.
The governor is threatening massive cuts to education spending if Prop 30 fails.
